CH-118: Prisma Access Foundations (CH-118)

The Prisma Foundations course (CH-118) provides and describes a general overview of the two cloud based solutions provided by Palo Alto Networks. The Prisma Access overview should illustrate how organizations embrace cloud and mobility by providing network and network security services from the cloud. The Prisma Cloud overview should illustrate what Prisma Cloud is, why it is important, and an overview of the cloud based graphical interface. This course is intended for people in the fields of enterprise networks and/or cybersecurity, or for anyone who wants to learn how the SASE and cloud solutions can be used to secure their users and data.

About the course

Prerequisites:

The knowledge and skills that the learner should have before attending this course are as follows:

  • Participants should have a basic knowledge of cloud computing and the public cloud.
  • Participants must complete the Firewall 9.1 Essentials: Configuration and Management course and the Panorama 9.1: Managing Firewalls at Scale course or have equivalent experience.
  • Participants also must have experience with networking concepts including routing, switching, and IP addressing.
