Operating Cisco Managed Services Accelerator (SPMSXO) v3.5 is a multi-tenant, multi-service, cloud-native, service creation and delivery platform that helps service providers quickly, easily, and cost-effectively develop and deliver managed services to business customers.

Using MSX, service providers can create entirely new services from scratch or leverage pre-built service packs from Cisco. Whether deployed on site or as a cloud-based SaaS, MSX can be up and running with minimal integration costs and time, offering an unlimited range of managed services based on both virtual or physical network functions from both Cisco and third-parties.

This 1-day course is designed for network administrator and technical personnel involved in deploying, operating and supporting Managed Services for end customers and need an optimized platform to rapidly deliver managed network, security, and business services to market.

Lab Outline:

Labs are designed to assure learners a whole practical experience, through the following practical activities:

  • Log in to MSX with different user/roles and explore available menu options
  • Creating a new Tenant
  • Creating a new role and user. Managing permissions and settings
  • Explore existing SD-Branch with SD-Branch Service Pack
  • Explore existing SD-WAN with SD-WAN Service Pack
  • Deploy a new device with Managed Device Service Pack (CSR1000V)
